HOW DO I PURCHASE YOUR JEWELRY
FULFILLMENT

Each piece of jewelry is carefully made by hand. While some pieces are in stock (listed as in stock on the product page) and ready to ship out immediately, most are made once ordered. Please allow 1-4 weeks to fulfill your order if the piece is listed out of stock on the product page.  This time frame depends on the amount of orders ahead of yours as well as the availability of materials. Please feel free to reach out prior to ordering if you have a deadline and I will do my best to accommodate.

I am continually designing and creating new pieces which you can see on my Instagram kellijewelry.  I make all my jewelry by hand and in limited quantities.  New collections and pieces will be announced on Instagram as well as in my Newsletter - so be sure to follow along for updates!

SHIPPING

Once your order is complete, it will be shipped out 1-2 business days via USPS. 

I do my best to accommodate if you have a special time restraint. Please contact me directly via e-mail at kelli@kellijewelry.com or chat button on the website!

You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order and when your item is shipped.  

RETURN POLICY

I want you to love your jewelry item. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it in its original packaging and in an unworn, and in new condition.  Please contact me for a return number before sending back the jewelry.  Once I receive your piece I can exchange it, issue a store credit or refund you.

**Made to order/out of stock and custom orders are non-returnable.

JEWELRY CARE + REPAIR WORK

Care instructions will be included with your purchase to keep your piece looking new and lasting a long time.

If your piece requires repair or arrives in unsatisfactory condition please do not hesitate to email me at kelli@kellijewelry.com or contact me via message 203-314-8650.  Jewelry that arrives damaged please notify me in 3 days of receiving it. 

Items that need repair within 14 days of purchase due to faulty construction will not incur a repair fee.  If damage after this window, there will be a fee depending on materials and the extent of the repair.  Repairs dues to customer damage will incur repair fee.

PRIVACY POLICY

I do not sell nor share any personal data collected with any outside agency or organization other than as necessary to complete your business transactions (such as credit card processing or shipping address).

If you opt into emails I may at times send you information about sales or new collections. You may opt out of such contact by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email. 

Any account information such as email address, name, and address is collected to make your shopping and ordering experience faster and more convenient. Such information can be removed from my system by request.
